ProjectPuma 2010 Calendars

One of the regular features of the ProjectPuma forum is the ‘Car of the Month’ competition.

Between the 1st (if I remember to start the thread) and the 15th of the month, forum members are able to submit a photo of their car. Sometimes there is a theme, but mostly the only restrictions are that it must be a car the person has owned, the car must be the focus of the photo, and they must have permission to use it.

Then in the second half of the month, members vote for their favourite.

The photo with the most votes is then used as one of the banners that is on random rotation at the top of the forum.

As we get a winner for every month, it only makes sense to produce a calendar with the photos. Luckily we can get them produced relatively cheap and can offer them to our members at a reasonable price, with a small discount if you’re included in the calendar. Most places I found when I was looking for a supplier were offering them with prices starting at around £12 at the very least.

The photo for May was originally meant to be a muddy FRP, but in honour of Colin Yamamoto that has been moved to be the photo for July, and in its stead is a montage of Colin and his pumas.
